Answer:  We can offer you samples to check quality at your express for shipping. Samples may be charged or FREE which depends on specific products. Sample charge can be refundable if your orders reach certain volume. 

3. How soon can I get the sample?

Answer:  After getting your approval and sampling charges, we ship in 5-7 business days. Shipping can be via FedEx, DHL, UPS ,TNT or post at your option. 

4. Can you custom for us?

Answer: Yes. We have a professional designer team, just get your ideas or artwork. Alternatively request our template and layout artwork yourself.

5. What type of artwork format do you accept for printing?

Answer:  PDF, CDR, AI, EPS , or high resolution JPG.

6. What about the lead time for mass production?

Answer:  It depends on specific product and its order quantity. Normally, min 15 days are required.

7. What is your payment and delivery terms?

Answer:  30% deposit and balanced before shipment. If you have any worries, we can deal on "Trade Assurance" on Alibaba, which protects your orders from payment to delivery.
