1- Your material is zinc alloy, how to clean or avoid scratches.

Answer:

* scratches : Zinc alloy material after plating with color, different color we called it plated with "coating", the coating can avoid slight scratches, please don't use sharp knife to cut it. 

* Cleaning: please use cotton and thinner liquid to clean it

2- How long can we keep the color for not fading?

Answer: normally for well use, it can keep 2 year not fading.

3- What's your insurance if your product have defects after we received the goods?

 Answer: Please take picture of the defects and tell us how many defects, then we will re-produce and sent the new products to you within 10 days

4- what is your MOQ and can we bargain the price?

Answer: MOQ 500PCS, if order more than 5000pcs, we will have 15 to 20% discount off.
