Application characteristic:

Non- aldehyde fixing agent is in wide application range. It can be applied to dye fixation processing of direct dye, activated dye, sulfur dyestuff and acid dye. It is convenient to re-work after dyeing for the substrate.

High fixation capacity is a big advantage of non-aldehyde fixing agent. It can significantly improve soaping, perspiration, water and rubbing fastness of the dyeing material. Its high fixation ability can achieve the general level of fixing agent which is difficult to achieve. It has smaller influence on dyeing color.

The usage of non-aldehyde is small, usually half of the dosage of the traditional fixing agent.

Method of application:

1, impregnation method

 Dosage: 1-4% owf (adjust depending on the color depth)

 PH: 5-5.5 (the best)

  Temperature: 20-40 oC

  Time: 15-30 min

2, rolling method

  Dosage: 10-40g/L (adjust depending on the color depth)

  PH: 5-5.5 the best

  Temperature: 20-40 oC

Storage condition:

The product should be sealed stored in shady and cool place, the storage period is one year.
