   Methyl silicone rubber, heat-resistant adhesive, thinning agent (add as needed).

Drying time (60 to 200℃): 5 minutes

Heat resistance (after drying): - 65  to 265℃

III. Applications and features

It is applied for coated fiberglass sleeve, it can be used for coated inner or out of fiberglass sleeve. It can be used for a long time and keep it soft and elastic properties in - 65°C to  260°C range after vulcanization. Give fiberglass sleeve thermal insulating properties, flame retardant performance, electrical insulation, chemical stability, weathering resistance, cold-resistant, water resistance, oil resistance, ozone resistance, resistance to voltage, arc resistance, corona resistance, etc. In particular, give fiberglass casing the safety and environmental performance that can be certified by SGS environmental certification and UL flame retardant certification.

 VI.Application method

The silicone rubber is adjusted to the required consistency according to the requirement of the resistance voltage, and the machine is automatically coated on the fiberglass sleeve. It can be cured after oven tunnel.

V.Packing and storage

(1)  Be packed in 25kg polyethylene barrels. The packaging can also be changed according to the user’s requirement

(2) The products should be sealed and stored in a dry and ventilated place to prevent rain and sunlight. It should not be mixed with strong acid, alkali and toxic substances.

(3) This product in the accords with afore-mentioned conditions, since the date of production, the storage period is 6 months. After more than storage period there is a small amount of stratification, after mixing, if it is qualified after inspection, it can also be used, that won’t affect its effect.
