I. Application:
The tensile testing machine is suitable for testing the relationship between material force and deformation, and can conduct tension, bending, peeling, compression, sagging, adhesion, tear and other mechanical tests and analysis to metal and nonmetal raw material and workpiece.
II. Structural Principle:
The machine designed with mechatronics mainly comprises force sensor, transmitter, microprocessor, load drive mechanism, computer and printer, which are connected in a plug-in method, fully reflecting the characteristics of modern industrial design and ergonomic aesthetics.

1.Measuring System
Full-automatic dynamometric system with stepless gear can automatically ensure precision, easily measure ±0.2% precision of indicating value, and ensure the highest resolution in maximum force.
It has automatic identification; automatic standard force and standard length calibration system, and can conduct fool measurement calibration by all metrological departments.
2. Mechanical Structure
It adopts single-column microdisplay structure and gapless advanced precision screw to ensure overall steel and loading efficiency, and has larger test space for tests to ensure high load test function and simple operation.
3. Drive Device
