The green walnut peeling machine mainly removes the green skin outside the green walnut, which has high peeling rate and simple operation.
Vertical green walnut peeling machine: First, add about 30 kg of water from the feed port, then turn on the power, then add 50 kg of green walnut. The green skin will be removed in about 5 minutes, and the peeling rate is as high as 95%. It is mainly peeled and peeled by the spindle steel brush and automatically cleaned.

After shelling with a walnut sheller, the walnut shell and the walnut kernel are separated by a shell separator.The shell kernel separator utilizes the difference in specific gravity and suspension velocity between the shell and the kernel, and promotes separation between the shells by means of a gas flow that passes upward through the gap of the particles.

The walnut drying machine is composed of a circulating fan, an engine block, a baffle net, an electrical control box and other components. The temperature of the baking material is set up to ensure the best baking effect.It is suitable for baking peanuts, melon seeds, fruit and vegetable products, uniform temperature distribution and high efficiency.
