Principle:

Passing, the peeling machine circulated by a specific pressure air, the garlic grain enters the selection zone, manually selects the unqualified garlic grain, and the qualified garlic grain enters the next process.

Our garlic splitting machine uses food grade silica gel, which uses the gap between the upper and lower silica gel plates and the centrifugal force to squeeze the whole garlic head into the split petals. The garlic stem and the garlic head are blown off the machine by the built-in fan, which can be recycled. The garlic flap rolls off the other side of the machine.
