SPC flooring instruction: 

1) SPC flooring structure:

It takes PVC powder and calcium powder as raw materials, it consist of four layers. UV coating, wear layer, color film, spc core, foam or cork. they are ery popular for home use because they are not easy to be mold and not easy to be deformed, warped, and they are waterproof. The most important thing is that they are 0 formaldehyde. 

2) SPC flooring raw materials

SPC flooring takes pvc powder  and calcium, forming agent etc. Due to there is no need glue in the whole production, so there is no formaldehyde in the flooring.  It is no harm to human and their health. 

3) SPC flooring uv coating function

UV coating can make spc flooring more easy to be cleaned and make its surface more wearable. 

4) SPC flooring click

SPC click can be unilin click. For wear layer with 0.3mm thickness, the edge can't be bevelled. 

5) SPC flooring size

SPC size can be 910*145 , 910*175 or 1220*145mm or 1220*175mm can be customized as per your wish. 

6) SPC flooring weight and surface

a. for 4mm thickness, its weight is about 8.5mm per square meter. for5mm thickness, its weight is about 10.5mm thickness

b. Surface of the spc flooring can be embossed, crystal. Mat, low mat etc.
