FK-25 tube filling and sealing machine

1.Machine Installation

Machine must be placed in level ground,machine is fixed on the ground according to the four screw hole of the machine base.

2.Test the Machine

Connect the power source with 380V and 4phase line, and then insert all plugs of the machine and electric box. Make sure the turning of the machine in clockwise direction,otherwise correct the power source.According to the fuel tank indicating quantity, add the hydraulic oil.Pull out the emergency brake switch,press oil pump start button and the machine starting work.Check the oil cylinder and hydraulic motor without any barriers,belt and its safety protective cover under normal condition.Then starting machine and observe the pump running conditions.The running condition is well,firstly test the machine without material,then working with material.

3.Manual and Automatic

Manual button is suitable for test machine conditions.Manually replacing the sealing dies and clamping dies and adjusting the sealing dies.Troubleshooting in manual conditions,manual operation for testing and troubleshooting machine.

Automatic button is suitable for machine working. Put the material into die,automatic induction and automatic sealing,taking our workpieces.
