Children's product testing requirements:

3. Based on the third-party test results, the manufacturer or importer issues a CPC certificate, which can also be issued by a third-party laboratory.

4. Children's products must meet the test standards required by the CPSC

What a CPC certificate must contain:

1. Product name

2.All laws and regulations applicable to the product

3. Information on the importer or manufacturer (US): including name, address, and phone number

4. Contact information of the holder of the test results supporting the certificate: name, address, email address and telephone. (Commonly understood as a manufacturer outside the United States)

5. Product production date and address, production date must reach year and month, and address must go to city;

6.Test time and address or test report based on certificate

7. Information of third-party testing organizations (CPSC accredited laboratories): name, address, and telephone number;

Children's toy products, mother and baby products exported to the United States require CPC certification and CPSIA reports for customs clearance. Foreign e-commerce companies Amazon, eBay, and AliExpress also separately require Chinese-made children's products, toys, products, and mother-and-child products to apply for CPC child product safety certificates.
