GZC-MY300 dual-station rotary splitter pulse hot press is mainly used for HSC(zebra paper)TO FPC (FPC) FFC and FPC (flexible circuit board) or hard circuit board PCB welding, etc.

It works by applying a pulse current to the hot head to achieve an instant temperature rise, so that the solder is welded together with the line at the perfect temperature, time and pressure.

This equipment adopts PLC control system control, touch screen display input, Chinese/English menu page can choose to use, all parameters set to browse simple and intuitive.The imported camera is used for high-definition alignment, and the built-in Japanese RKC thermostat is used for accurate temperature control. The operation is easy to understand, stable and reliable through manual and automatic free control.
