How to make a small powder shredder machine？

1. I used a second-hand straight grinder for restructuring. The rotor is required to operate normally. Remove the bearing connection part of the mill.

2. Then remove the rotor and grind the shaft head into a cone on the grinder. Buy another screw with a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 35 mm, and grind one end into a cone. Leave the threaded end.

3. Use an electric welder to weld the shaft and screws. The shaft and screws are both 8 mm. It is best to be concentric when welding. And polish the joint to be able to pass through the bearing hole. In this way, the main components of the shredder are completed.

4. Then use a ready-made cylindrical container. There is no ready-made one that can be processed where there is a lathe.

5. The specification of this cylindrical container is 102 mm in inner circle and 50 mm in depth. The edges are folded and there are 3 small holes. The shape is shown in the figure.

6. According to the inner diameter size of the ready-made iron cylindrical container above, it is necessary to machine a cabochon matching it with a lathe.

7. The size is 130 mm in outer circle, which is larger than the cylindrical container, and can be equal to or larger than the folding circle of the container. With a thickness of 5 mm, a raised circle with a height of 2.5 mm and a height of 101.7 mm is turned on this circular plate. The purpose is that the round container above can be covered on this convex circle. At the same time, drill a 15 mm hole in the center of the circle.
