TPS-L02A oil particle counter for ISO 4406, NAS 1638 standard

The L02A Liquid Particle Counter is a laboratory
instrument for measuring fine particulate
contaminants in liquids. It uses the light
extinguishing principle to detect the size and
count of fine particles in the liquid, so as to find
the distribution and pollution of fine particles.
The instrument is equipped with a pressurized
and vacuum device, can effectively extract high
viscosity liquid and remove fine bubbles in liquid.
It is widely used to detect micro particle
pollutants in liquid medium, like hydraulic oil,
lubricating oil, transformer insulating oil, gear oil,
aviation kerosene, organic liquid or polymer
solution, etc.
The L02A liquid particle counter is calibrated
according to ISO 11171: 2010 (GB / T 18854-
2015), ISO 4402: 1991, and supports a wide
range of testing standards including ISO 4406
and NAS 1638. Users can also set their own
testing standards. 24 detection channels
provide users with a wide range of options. The
use of liquid particle counter is an effective
means of detecting particulate contamination in

liquids.
