A507 is a pure austenitic Cr16Ni25Mo6 stainless steel electrode with alkaline coating. It adopts DC reverse connection and can be welded in all positions.
Used for welding low-alloy and medium-alloy steels, dissimilar steels, rigid structures and corresponding hot-strength steels in the quenched state. Such as the welding of 30CrMnSi and stainless steel, carbon steel and dissimilar steel in the quenched state.

 Attention:

1. The electrode must be baked at 250°C for 1 hour before welding, and used as it is baked.
2. Try to use small current and short arc welding when welding.
3. The weldments must be cleaned of rust, oil stains, moisture and other impurities before welding.

4. Try to use small current and short arc when welding, and the swing width should not exceed 2.5 times the diameter.
