Q: How to get a sample?
A: Old customers can get free sample and only need pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge 50% higher than the unit price as sample fee. Express freight is also borne by buyers.
Q: How to pay express charges if ordering samples?
A: Customers who have DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account can provide us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For customers with no express account, we will calculate the express freight charge so that you can pay directly to our company account. Then the samples will be delivered by prepaid.
Q: How to pay sample charges?
A: It can be paid to our company account. We'll arrange production of samples upon receiving sample fee. The prepare time for sample ranges from 2 to 7 days.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: We usually accept T/T and irrevocable LC at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total value as down payment and the balance need to be paid before delivery.
