1.Soy Milk Maker Machine

The colloid mill is mainly composed of hopper, machine cover, stator, rotor, adjustment mechanism, cooling mechanism, motor, switch, outlet. It integrates various performances of the homogenizer, ball mill, three-roller, mixer and etc.

The grinding machine is mainly used in: peanut milk, almond milk, walnut milk, soya milk. peanut butter, sesame butter, bean paste, soybean, etc.

2.Filter Machine

The filter machine is a vertical-motor system, with eccentric hammers being installed on top and bottom of the machine,where the vibration motor acts as the vibratory source.The direction of the eccentric hammers may change its rotational mode either in horizontal,vertical and inclined movement onto the sieving screener surface

3.Homogenizer

4.UHT Sterilization Machine

UHT type sterilization it's mainly composed of steam system, material system, hot water system, cooling system, reflux system, CIP cleaning system and control system.

The materials are heated to 90-140 ℃ by pump input heat exchanger from the balance tank, then constant temperature at 95-98 ℃, and finally cooled to 35-85 ℃ for filling.The whole process takes place in a closed state.

5.Milk Filling Machine

It can reduce the materials and Outsiders touch time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency.

Filling machine adopt German technology, produce by gravity filling and obey to normal pressure filling principle.Main drives adopt mechanical freestanding gear, high efficiency, low noise, long service life, easy to maintain, lubricate well.
