So that you get palm kernel . Then palm kernel will be sent to palm kernel oil pressing plant for getting palm kernel oil . If you directly processing palm kernel,You save cost of palm kernel cracking separating plant.

After crushing the palm nut, the shell and kernel weight is very close; To separate it is a very complicated process; We adopt professional palm kernel cracker, crushing rate is above 90%; Then use air separator system, through adjusting the transducer to control high pressure air speed and volume; When the speed and air volume arrive the critical value, which can separate the shell and kernel; Kernel in shell rate is less than 5%; shell in kernel rate is less than 5%; This system is mainly for cracking and separating palm kernel

1.Crushing : Crushing palm kernel into small 4-6 pieces ,make palm kernel easy for pressing 

2, Cooking : To fry and cook palm kernel ,make it reach the best condition for pressing 

3.Pressing : Use special palm kernel oil extraction machine ,to extract palm kernel oil from palm kernel ,the oil residue in the cake is about 6%-8% 

4. Filtration : Removing impurities in the palm kernel oil

Use chemical solvent N-hexane to react with oil cake ,and extract oil from oil cake ,finally ,the oil residue in the cake is less than 1% ,and the meal is better for animcal feeding
