Vortex flowmeter kvf200 is designed and manufactured according to Carmen vortex principle. The flow measurement based on the principle of fluid oscillating vortex is mainly used for the flow measurement of two fluids in industrial pipeline, such as gas, liquid, steam and other media. It is characterized by small pressure loss, large range and high precision. When measuring the volumetric flow under working conditions, it is almost not affected by the parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature and viscosity.
Key points for attention
1. Reasonably select the installation site and environment.
Avoid strong power equipment, high-frequency equipment and strong power switchgear; Avoid the influence of high-temperature heat source and radiation source, avoid places with strong vibration and strong corrosive environment, and consider the convenience of installation and maintenance.
2. There must be enough straight pipe sections upstream and downstream.
If there are two 90's on the same plane upstream of the sensor mounting point. Elbow, then: upstream straight pipe section ≥ 25d, downstream straight pipe section ≥ 5D.
If there are two 90 on different planes upstream of the sensor mounting point. Elbow, then: upstream straight pipe section ≥ 40d, downstream straight pipe section ≥ 5D.
The regulating valve shall be installed outside 5D downstream of the sensor. If it must be installed upstream of the sensor, the upstream straight pipe section of the sensor shall not be less than 50D and the downstream shall not be less than 5D.
3. The piping upstream and downstream of the installation point shall be concentric with the sensor, and the coaxial deviation shall not be less than 0.5dn.
4. Vibration reduction measures shall be taken for the pipeline.
The sensor shall not be installed on the pipe with strong vibration, especially transverse vibration. If installation is unavoidable, vibration reduction measures must be taken. Pipe fastening devices and anti vibration pads must be set at 2D upstream and downstream of the sensor.
5. Installation on horizontal pipeline is a common installation method of flow sensor.
When measuring gas flow, if the measured gas contains a small amount of liquid, the sensor shall be installed at a higher place of the pipeline.
When measuring liquid flow, if the measured liquid contains a small amount of gas, the sensor shall be installed at the lower part of the pipeline.
6. Installation of sensor in vertical pipeline.
When measuring gas flow, the sensor can be installed on a vertical pipe with unlimited flow direction. If the measured gas contains a small amount of liquid, the gas flow direction shall be from bottom to top.
When measuring the liquid flow, the liquid flow direction should be from bottom to top: this will not add additional liquid weight to the probe.
7. The sensor is installed on the side of the horizontal pipe.
No matter what kind of fluid is measured, the sensor can be installed on the side of the horizontal pipeline, especially for measuring superheated steam, saturated steam and low-temperature liquid. If conditions permit, the side installation can be used, so that the temperature of the fluid has little impact on the amplifier.
8. Inverted installation of sensor in horizontal pipeline.
Generally, this installation method is not recommended. This installation method is not suitable for measuring general gas and superheated steam. It can be used to measure saturated steam. It is suitable for measuring high-temperature liquid or pipeline cleaning.
9. Installation of sensor on pipeline with insulation layer.
When measuring high-temperature steam, the insulation layer shall not exceed one third of the support height.
10. Selection of pressure measuring points and temperature measuring points.
According to the needs of measurement, when it is necessary to measure the pressure and temperature near the sensor, the pressure measuring point shall be 3-5d downstream of the sensor and the temperature measuring point shall be 6-8d downstream of the sensor.
