A. Installation and use


1. Before fixing the daylighting tile, a pilot hole is required, and the hole diameter must be greater than 50% of the diameter of the fixing screw, so as to avoid internal stress expansion and cracking of the daylighting tile caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction.


2. The daylighting tile is fixed with aluminum fasteners, and the corrugated daylighting tile is connected and fixed with daylighting tile bracket and self tapping screw, and then sealed with glue. The position of daylighting tile is generally set in the middle of the span.


3. When the daylighting tile and steel plate are overlapped longitudinally, there must be a minimum overlap of 200mm, and two Waterstops shall be pasted.

4. The daylighting tile must be connected with the self tapping screw and must have a cover plate. The sunlight plate has large cold and hot deformation and is easy to be cut by self tapping screws. Therefore, a large hole shall be opened at the self tapping screw of the sunlight plate. When installing the daylighting board, the flexibility of the daylighting Board shall be considered.


5. When fixing the daylighting tile, a good flashing washer must be used to make it between the screw and the daylighting board, so as to be waterproof and dustproof. After the flashing washer is sleeved into the screw, lock it into the purlin with an electric drill to complete the fixing of the daylighting board.

6. The daylighting tiles need not be overlapped within 12M, and they need to be overlapped if they are more than 12m. The overlapping length is 200-400mm. Two layers of sealant are applied at the overlapping position, and there is no need to close the edge for the horizontal overlapping. The overlapping of the longitudinal color steel plate depends on the plate type. Generally, the ordinary profiled steel plate is not considered to be closed. It is directly fixed with the color plate with self tapping screws and coated with sealing glue. The bite plate needs to be closed.


7. During the construction of daylighting tile, it is strictly prohibited to step directly on the wave crest to avoid cracking of daylighting board. A 1200mmx300mm{length x width) anti slip plank must be placed at the transverse position of the daylighting board, and the guide hole and fixing screw of the daylighting board must be worked by stepping on it.
