The machine will make the wet powder mixture through the screen forcibly through the positive and negative rotation of the rotating drum to make granules. Adjusting the tightness of the screen and the rotation speed of the drum can control the particle size and density to a certain extent. The shaft rotation is well sealed and will not pollute materials: The main shaft of the machine is above the gearbox, and a tight shaft head sealing structure is designed to ensure that the shaft does not leak oil, do not wear materials, and prevent materials from being contaminated by lubricating oil, reaching GMP Claim.

Electromagnetic speed regulation has both deceleration and speed-increasing functions; the modified machine adopts electromagnetic speed regulation device to change the spindle speed, the faster the speed, the looser the particles; the slower the speed, the tighter the particles, and the particle size requirement can be achieved through the speed change. At the same time, the main shaft gearbox can speed up or slow down the main shaft according to the gear change.
