Half-bridge open loop structure, its circuit refers to the circuit for Yamaha high-power professional power amplifier, with short-circuit protection, over-current protection, over-voltage, and power amplifier mid-point voltage speaker protection, which can save the power amplifier speaker protection board and simplify the general use of the relay external protection board, which will not affect the sound due to the poor contact oxidation of the contacts after the relay has been used for many years. When the midpoint voltage of the power amplifier is abnormal, the output voltage will be cut off.

Some people may think that speakers without relay is not reliable enough to use. Here is the explanation. The protection circuit input detection is the same as the ordinary relay protection input detection circuit. The difference is that it protects your speakers through turning off power supply via optocoupler control. Ordinary relay protects speakers by turning off the power supply of the relay. And this will also cause a problem. Often when a power amplifier is damaged, it will lead to the output of direct current. When the power amplifier is damaged, the power tube will short-circuit and cause a very large current. Usually, even the copper foil on the circuit board of the power amplifier will burn out, causing irreparable losses. The input of our power supply board is two-channel independent, which will not affect the crosstalk of the left and right channels, and it will not affect sound quality. A normally open temperature switch can be connected to the two solder points A and B on the board to achieve temperature protection, and all the necessary protection functions are available. After 220V rectification of the power supply board, 2pcs Japanese 1000U capacitors and 150U small capacitors are used (note that the capacitor capacity is small here, and insufficient energy storage will make the bass weak when the power is amplified and dynamic). The switch tube uses a high-power TO-247 packaged IRG4PC50W high-current IGBT power tube (outperforms TO-220 mid-power packaged switch tube). The output terminal block uses 30A copper terminal blocks 10MM pitch, (except iron screw), the positive, the ground, and the negative pole each occupy two digits, a total of 6 digits.
