Saimo belt scale in feeder is specially designed for weighing material which is continuously passing through the conveyor. Automatic operation is achieved without intervention of the operator. The electronic belt scale is typically comprised of three parts: load cell, weigh frame and secondary electronics. The 6105 controller serves as one of the Saimo customized secondary electronics. This manual provides the information necessary for installation, operation, maintenance and service of the 6105 controller. The 6105 controller is available in panel mount and field mount. By processing the weight signal from the load cell and the speed signals from the speed sensor, It calculates and displays flow rate and total of the material fed.

Features 

Saimo 6105 controller is specially designed for belt scales, meeting all measuring and control requirements on typical applications. The software has been solidified into the memory chip. Each preprogrammed function can be activated automatically by operating from the keypad or installing the optional expansion board. Saimo 6105 controller has a powerful and user friendly operating interface, easy for function selection, data setup, operation and maintenance. The following functions have been completed into Saimo 6105 controller.

 Saimo feeder controller has two types of FH-05 and FH-02 (old model 6105 and 6105B) type. FH-05 (6105) is based on 32-bit microprocessor control, the display uses 320X240 dot matrix LCD large screen display. FH-02 (6105B) is based on CPU with 8-bit microprocessor, 128X64 dot matrix display with liquid crystal display.
