Engineering Artificial Quartz Slab Stone Production Line Machine for chinese quartz stone countertop.Manual Quartz Slab Production Line Process:
Slab Making Process: Formula --- Raw Materials Mixing ---- Manual Raw Materials Paving----Vacuumized Pressing ---- Oven/Oven Tunnel Baking ---- Off line.
Polishing Process: Back Side thickness Calibrating & Sanding---Slab Turnover---Front side Thickness Calibrating----Front Side Polishing---Edge Trimming---Cleaning& Drying----Printing---Film Coating---Warehousing.
Slab Making Process: Formula --- Raw Materials Mixing ---- Manual Raw Materials Paving----Vacuumized Pressing ---- Oven/Oven Tunnel Baking ---- Off line.
Polishing Process: Back Side thickness Calibrating & Sanding---Slab Turnover---Front side Thickness Calibrating----Front Side Polishing---Edge Trimming---Cleaning& Drying----Printing---Film Coating---Warehousing.
Pressing Process are as follows:
1. Prepare Formula of artificial sand powder materials manually.
2. Send each pack of Artificial sand, powder and resin material to the mixer bay man.
3. First the mixer mixing resin ,sand and powder, after mixied well, open the door, then after discharging, workers should distribute the materials into the mold
4. After distribute the materials and then come into production line producing mode.
5. The molds which are fulled with materials get into press machine by push machine.
6. The push machine will push the slabss into the compressor, start press machine by man and begain to press the slabs.
7. After pressing, the molds will be push out by the push machine.
8. After pressing, man should inspect the slabss, and then the slabs enter into drying oven or drying tunnel automatically.
9. After drying, the slabs should be stripped from the mold.
10. After stripping, the slabs and models move in cooling line, they will become cool while moving.
11. The cooled slabs reach the specified position, and automatic recognised by mechanical hand and be geting down the production line automatically
12. The mold shold be clearned manually after it becomes cool. And then entering a manual distributing mode.
Polishing line operating procedures are as follows , The whole process need 5 workers to monitoring.
1. The rough slab get into polishing mode.
2. The manipulator will place the slabs on polishing line, then the slabs be pushed into the back polishing machine.
3. The slabs will be turn over automatically after back side polished, and then be pushed into front side thicknessing machine.
4. After thickness asurance, the from side will be polished.
5. The four side of the slabs will be cut in one time automatically after polished.
6. And then the slabs will be cleaned and dried by machine.
7. Inspect-->film the slabs-->put down antomatically.
