Product Overview
The principle of FL and FG series vertical boiling granulator dryer is that the powder particles of materials are annular fluidized in the raw material container (fluidized bed). After being preheated and mixed by the heated air after purification, the binder solution is atomized and sprayed in, so that a number of particles are aggregated into agglomerates containing binders. Because of the continuous drying of materials by hot air, the water in agglomerates evaporates and the binder solidifies. This process is repeated.
