CDOCAST manual tilting metal melting furnace is a smelting equipment specially designed for smelting 10-200kg of non-ferrous metals & ferrous metals. It adopts advanced IGBT induction heating technology. The melting speed is about 20-50 minutes per batch.

This small manual tilting metal melting furnace is available to work continuously for 24 hours. The furnace body adopts a manual tilting structure, which is simple and convenient , Economical.

A motor can be also added to make the furnace body into motor automaticlly titling type, especially for the bigger capacity melting furnace which is difficult tilt manually.

Usually for melting gold, silver, copper, and aluminum, we will use silicon carbide graphite crucibles, while for melting high melting point metals such as stainless steel, iron and platinum, we use zirconia crucibles which can bear the high temperature.
