Performance and Features of ZP-530S Diaper Packing Machine 

(1) New structure design for machine frame, heavier and stronger.

(2) Menu memory storage function, can storage groups of setting; It only needs to choose the setting name when changing products or films.

(3) Advanced electronic cam algorithm, bag length range is from 60mm to infinite, the bag length takes effect once set, save time film in one-stop.

(4) Advance electronic cutting-proof function, and electronic empty bag-proof algorithm, which can stop the film when no product, and save the film.

(5) Horizontal sealer, mid seal and conveyor are separately controlled by three servo motors. Simple structure, stable running and low noise.

(6) The packing machine can automatic tracking product speed, and automatically accelerate and decelerate. High speed, high precision, can reach to 300bags/min with double knives , error is only ±1mm.

(7) Equipped with human machine interface, make the setting easy and convenient; color mark automatically tracking function, can correct the cutting length automatically. Input numbers to set the cutting position, more precise.

(8) Automatic diagnose failure, and show the failure clearly.

(9) Adopt famous brand servo motor, controller and touch screen, equipped with brush in mid sealing system and end sealing system.
