1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are manufacturers. For some special or rare items, we can also do trade for you.

2. Is the price on the page the final price?

It isn't. The price of some products may change from time to time. The actual price is subject to the salesman's quotation.

3.What's  your  minimum  quantity?

Our  minimum order quantity  is  based  on your  requirement.

4. How long will production and delivery take?

Most of our products are in stock and delivery time is 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. ≥200 kg, sea port, generally take 18~25 days.

5. How about the packing?

1kg/aluminum foil bag, 20kg/carton, 25kg/drum and OEM packaging. (If you have special requirements, please contact customer service)

6. What is the shelf life of the product? 

Most products have a shelf life of 24-36 months.

7. Is there a discount?

Of course, you are welcome to contact us. The price is different for different quantities. For volume, we will offer you a discount service.

8. How do you handle quality complaints?

A: First of all, our quality control will reduce quality problems to near zero. If we cause a quality problem, we will send it to you free of charge for replacement or refund of your loss.

9. What payment terms are acceptable?

AT/T, Western Union and Bitcoin. Payment can be made on request.
