SJ5200 series Universal Thread Measuring Machines
1. Full-automatic measurement for comprehensive parameters of cylindrical thread plug gauges, cylindrical thread ring gauges, taper thread plug gauges, taper thread ring gauges, plain ring gauges, plain plug gauges and other gauges with internal & external dimensions, including virtual pitch diameter , single pitch diameter, basic pitch diameter, major diameter, minor diameter, thread pitch, thread angle, half of thread angle, flank straightness, lead angle, taper, etc.
2.Trapezoid thread ring, buttress thread, sawtooth thread and other large-slope thread can be measured.
3.Comprehensive parameters of single thread and multiple thread can be measured.
4.The most comprehensive and professional thread standard database in the Industry, includes GB, ISO, BS, ANSI, DIN, JIS,etc. It meets requirements of most customers.
5.Automatically generate test results according to relevant regulations and standards.
6.Automatic records and displays the thread data and parameters at any position with one measurement. In addition, it generates the thread curve, relevant parameters and analysis chart automatically.
7.Measuring pin and fixture are identified automatically, which avoids the collision of measuring probe caused by misoperation.

SJ5200 achieves full-automatic and high-precision measurement of comprehensive thread parameters by using precision grating measurement system, precision driving system of air bearing, high-end Servo Motor Control System, high performance industrial computer control system and large capacity memory technology. Through the precision air bearing system to drives the probe to contact with the workpiece, and then uses the high precision grating measuring system to record the level and vertical coordinates, then synthesis and analysis the 2D data to obtain the thread parameters by calculation.
SJ5200 is a full-automatic measuring instrument, operator only needs to install the thread gauge, select the standard and input the sizes & measuring range & other parameters of the thread into the software, then system will measure automatically after click the "start" button. In the meanwhile, the software will displays real-time curve graph of the thread contour and calculate the major diameter, pitch diameter, minor diameter, thread pitch, thread angle and other thread parameters automatically. Finally, qualification and determination the parameters of the thread according on system's standard database. The entire process is completed in 2 minutes.
1.Fully automatic measurement: Scanning all measured objects and display all results in 2 minutes without manual intervention and calculation. Automatically generates the measuring report. That significantly simplifies the operator's work, as well as improves the efficiency, quality and accuracy of the measurement.
2.High-accuracy, high-stability and high-repeatability: The highest resolution reaches 0.01μm, that sufficient for all the requirements of measurement accuracy.
3.Simple and humanism design: With the quick fixtures and friendly operation interface, operators can be trained to handle the instrument in a few minutes. Instead of complex commissioning and data records.
4.3D navigation function (Patent No.1): Significantly improves the convenience, accuracy, safety and reliability of operation.
5.Convenient and accurate replacement of measuring probe (Patent No.2): The probe-holder is positioning by vertical plane, which is the section of measuring thread. That eliminates errors caused by repeat installation of measuring probe, which guaranteed the high precision measurement.
6.Modular fixture (Patent No.3): With the 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 of integrated fixtures to reduce the general fixtures from 4 to 2 (omits the shims and blocks). It would clamps thread ring or plug gauges. By reduce the disassembly&assembly and calibration of different fixtures to make the operation more convenient, which increased the efficiency of work, also reduced the risk of misoperation.
7.Ingenious balanced weight design (Patent No.4): The swing of Z-axis when X-axis is moves are completely solved, which guarantee the stability of coordinate system in measurements.
8.Accurate & sensitive measuring force system: Automatic control by computer on both directions. Measuring force range: 0.01 ~ 0.07N, that is much less than 0.14N of the similar instruments. Which makes no abrasion to the probe and limitless extend its life, also protect the thread under measuring as well.
