SJ5100 achieves high-precision measurement of various length parameters by using precision linear encoder system, precision grinding guide rail, precision temperature compensation system, bidirectional constant measuring force system, high performance computer control system. Precision grinding guide rail guarantee the high stability and straightness in measurement. After the software records the length coordinates in contacting measurement by precision linear encoder system, the feedback data of force measuring device and temperature sensor are synthesized by computer, finally the length parameters are calculated according to analysis the relevant definitions and formulas of the measured object parameters.

After select the standard and input the specification and other parameters of the measuring object, operator needs moves the probe to contact with the measuring object, then adjust the 5-axis worktable to find the inflection point. When the sampling is complete, system will calculate the parameters of measuring object automatically and evaluation the parameters according to standard database, then generates the measuring results. The whole measurement process can be completed in 3minutes.

1.Absolute measurement:
SJ5100 using high precision Germany imported long glass grating as the direction of the length of the positioning, can be carried out with high precision full stroke absolute measurement;

2.High precision and High stability:
(1)With the Heidenhain high-precision linear encoder system, the resolution reaches 0.01μm.
(2)The precision grinding guide rail system made of wear-resistant materials, which ensure the precision guidance and improve accuracy & stability of measurements.
(3)With the measuring spindle which is made of high-rigidity and deformation-free material, the measurement data are acquired truly and accurately.
(4)By using marble base, measuring spindle and 5-axis worktable are deformation-free during movement, and the instrument is not interferes by external vibration, which ensures the stability and reliability while the instrument is working.
(5)A compact friction drive structure is adopted to ensure the stability of the measuring slide in its movement.

3.Bidirectional constant measuring force:
(1)With the bidirectional constant measuring force system the influence of measuring force on measure values is reduced, that ensures the high accuracy of measurements.
(2)Manual measuring force is continuously-adjustable.
(3)The force sensor system avoids the error caused by unleveled desk and the vibration of surrounding environment.

5.High-performance 5-axis worktable:
(1)High-performance crossed roller slider for X, Y, Z axis: Low friction, excellent stability and large loading capacity.
(2)A structure with high fineness adjustment is designed for translation, tilt and horizontal rotation of Y axis, which helps the operator more easy to find the inflection point of each axis.
(3)Data can be transmitted to computer by Z-axis digital display device(standard) and Y-axis digital display device(optional), which is used for measuring taper thread and thread pitch.

6.High-performance measuring units for thread ring gauges:

With these units, small-size thread ring gauges is measurable (The min measurable size is up to M5 according to corresponding measuring probes), plain ring gauges with diameter ≥3.0mm can be measured as well; Optional measuring force is 0.3N or 0.5N; Repeatability of plain ring gauge’s measurements is less than 0.15μm.
