4. How long will production and delivery take?

Most of our products are in stock and delivery time is 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. ≥200 kg, sea port, generally take 18~25 days.

5. How about the packing?

1kg/aluminum foil bag, 20kg/carton, 25kg/drum and OEM packaging. (If you have special requirements, please contact customer service)

6. What is the shelf life of the product? 

Most products have a shelf life of 24-36 months.

7. Is there a discount?

Of course, you are welcome to contact us. The price is different for different quantities. For volume, we will offer you a discount service.

8. How do you handle quality complaints?

A: First of all, our quality control will reduce quality problems to near zero. If we cause a quality problem, we will send it to you free of charge for replacement or refund of your loss.

9. What payment terms are acceptable?

AT/T, Western Union and Bitcoin. Payment can be made on request.
