NYDR RF capacitive liquid level switch is one liquid level measurement instrument with high intelligent. It can overcome the inconvenience brought by low alarm accuracy and complex setting up steps in previous measurement methods to users. RF capacitive switch is widely used in chemical, metallurgy, petroleum, machinery, food, food and other industries.

NYDR RF capacitive liquid level switch adopts advanced digital intelligent compensation technology to convert the liquid level change in the container into capacitance change. There are two electrode plates in the probe electrode. The change of medium changes the dielectric constant between electrodes to obtain the change of capacitance. The capacitance is converted into pulse digital signals through electronic plug-ins, and the design of alarm points and the realization of alarm actions are completed through microprocessors.

RF Capacitive Level Switch Design Feature

◎ This product adopts intelligent microprocessor components and difference measurement technology, which can measure water, sewage, mud, and other liquids, especially the highly corrosive media, and can dynamically compensate for environmental changes and hanging materials.

◎ This product can be used in non-metallic tank sensor with built-in auxiliary electrode. No additional electrode is needed in the container.

◎ The operation is very simple. Just adjust the corresponding sensitivity knob according to the medium and filter the surge delay.

◎ The upper limit and lower limit alarm modes can be flexibly set, and users can set and select normally open and normally closed contacts by themselves.

◎ High performance imported single pole double throw relay is adopted for single point and multi-point relays. The current capacity of single point contact can reach 8A, while that of multi-point 3A. It can directly drive the alarm device within the range.

◎ Polytetrafluoroethylene probe is used, and the detection part is free of movable components, which is impact resistant, high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant.
