PAI plate:

TORLON 4203 PAI 4203 (tan)

It is one of the best PAI toughness and impact strength. Because of its inherent high temperature resistance, size stability and good machining performance. The TORLON 4203 PAI is often used in the manufacture of precision parts for high technology equipment. TORLON 4301 PAI (dark green)

Important note

TORLON ® RAI has the disadvantage of being extremely vulnerable to various chemical damage. The steam will also degrade the material rapidly. PEEK may be ideal when working at high temperatures and especially when chemical properties and resistance to hydrolysis are required.

· Due to TORLON & Reg; RAI has quite high hygroscopicity. If the parts work at high temperature or the machining accuracy is required to be high, they should be dried before installation. If the parts are wet and work at a temperature above 200 ℃ quickly, thermal shock deformation will be caused
