1.The total length of the production line is 15.5 meters. (2400*5+1500+2000=15.5 meters)
2. Production line body:
2-1. The line body width is 700mm.
2-2. The height of the line body is 510㎜.
2-3. The effective width of the thread chain plate is 500㎜.
2-4. The production line rack is made of 40 × 60 × 3 square tubes, the space between the racks is 1200㎜, and the bottom of the
rack is adjusted by M16 screws.
2-5. The production line conveyor chain adopts needle roller bearing chain with a pitch of 100㎜, and one guide wheel is installed
for every 5 roller segments.
2-6. The guide rails on the production line use 50 × 50 × 5 angle steel upper welding wear bars; the lower guide rails use 50 × 50
× 5 angle steel.
2-7. The chain plate of the production line is bent and formed with δ 3㎜ cold rolled steel plate, and the surface is plated with
white zinc.
2-8. The production line is equipped with 7 stations, each of which is 2400 长度 in length and operated by bilateral stations.
2-9. Both sides of the production line are equipped with "U" stainless steel material troughs, each 2400㎜ section, and the
material troughs are formed by δ 1.5δ steel plate bending.
2-10. Both sides of the production line are equipped with protective plates, which are formed by δ 1.5㎜ cold rolled plates.

2-12-2. Each station of the production line is provided with two sets of 220V two-eye three-eye power sockets and two small tool
boxes.
2-13. The assembly line of lower platform is 2500㎜ long, made of 50 × 50 × 5 angle steel and δ 3㎜ pattern steel plate.
2-14. The production line is equipped with a total of 2 emergency stop switch devices (both are installed on both sides of the
assembly line); an alarm indication is provided when the emergency stop is stopped.
2-15. Production line driving device:
2-15-1. The power motor adopts 1.5kw inverter motor, which is the brand of Taiwan Shengbang.
2-15-2. One set of speed adjustment assembly, the speed adjustment range is 0.6 ~ 6m / min.
2-15-3. The power equipment is equipped with a safety cover for easy disassembly and maintenance. It is made of 40 × 40 × 4 angle
steel, and the top is made of δ 3mm pattern steel plate.
2-16. Assembly fixture of production line:
2-16-1. The clamp splint is made of δ 10㎜A3 steel plate, and the surface is treated with color zinc plating.
2-16-2, The working surface of the clamp splint is δ 5㎜ abrasion-resistant polyurethane.
Technical description of the top cover of the motorcycle assembly line:
3-1. The total length of the top cover is 10000㎜; the width is 1500㎜; the bottom elevation of the top cover is 2600㎜.
3-2. The structure of the top cover is hoisted by a gantry column and arranged at intervals of 4000㎜.
3-3. A set of 1-inch gas paths are installed on both sides of the top cover, and a set of 1-inch oil-water separators are set at the air inlet; Each station is supplied with gas. Each station is equipped with 1/2 "copper valves and quick-change joints. A total of 5 sets × 2 = 10 sets. 3-4. The top cover should be equipped with LED lighting devices at each station according to the line body, a total of 5 sets × 2 = 10 sets. 3-5. There is an industrial circular fan (Guangdong Midea brand) with a diameter of 400㎜ at each position of the top cover. There are 5 units in total. 3-6. There are assembly tool hook chute (special aluminum alloy profile) on the lower part of both sides of the top cover.(Our’s total is 5*2=10 sets)
3-7. The two outer cover plates of the top cover are bent and formed by δ 1.5㎜ cold rolled plates.
3-8. Each part of the top cover is connected and fixed with screws, and the safety quality of the entire top cover is guaranteed.
4. Assembly line electrical system:
4-1. The entire line of power is provided by Party A to provide power to the end of the electrical control cabinet. Party B
designs and manufactures the entire line of wiring.
4-2. A set of separate control cabinets with dust filtering and cooling devices are installed on the entire line.
4-3. Electrical components use Schneider products.
4-4. The inverter uses Japanese Mitsubishi products.
4-5. Electric fans are controlled individually.
5. Air source system:
5-1. The entire line of gas sources adopts centralized supply. The gas source provided by Party A is connected to the end of the
equipment, and Party B designs and manufactures the gas line of the entire line.
Layout.
5-2. The whole line of air pipe is set at the top cover of the production line, and the air pipe is 1 inch.
5-3. A set of oil-water separators is installed at the main air inlets of the entire air pipe.
6. The color of the entire production line is to be determined (or the color card provided by the buyer).
