Recommended for

VOK ®- Disper 194 N is used for the production of resin containing or resin free pigment concentrates, as well as pigment grinding of water-based coatings. Especially recommended for water-based two-component polyurethane and two-component epoxy systems. Use VOK ®- Disper 194 N pigment concentrate can be added to either the amine component or the epoxy resin.

Recommended dosage

Additive dosage (purchase form) is based on pigment:

Inorganic pigment: 15-35%

Titanium dioxide: 7-13%

Organic pigment: 30-90%

Carbon black: 100-150%

The above data are empirical dosage, and good dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.

Addition method and processing guidance

In order to obtain good performance in the resin containing system, the additive should be slowly added to the water-based resin under stirring conditions. When it is used for resin free pigment concentrate slurry, it is only necessary to mix the additive with water. Add pigment after the additives are mixed evenly.
