Features and Benefits

VOK ®- Disper W985 can be used in unsaturated polyester resin, polyurethane and epoxy resin to speed up the wetting and dispersion of various commonly used fillers, such as calcium carbonate and aluminum hydroxide. It can greatly reduce viscosity and thus increase the filling amount. VOK ®- Disper W985 usually does not prevent the settlement of the filler. The gel time may be prolonged in cobalt promoted unsaturated polyester resin, which should be adjusted by increasing the amount of cobalt added.

Recommended dosage

0.5-1.5% dosage of additives (purchased form) is based on filler.

It can speed up the wetting and dispersion of various commonly used fillers, such as calcium carbonate and aluminum hydroxide. It can greatly reduce the viscosity, thus increasing the filling amount. VOK ®- Disper W985 usually does not prevent the settlement of the filler. The additive is also suitable for polyurethane system.
