For Hydraulic Cartridge Directional Control Valve with Coaxiality Error of 0.002mm, AAK replaced the Brazilian manufacturer

Alex, an old friend from Brazil who has worked with AAK for 5 years, sent me an email last month, asking me to help his new colleague Marvin to make samples for a hydraulic cartridge directional control valve and to work overtime urgently. It was learned that Marvin just joined the industry for half a year. The coaxiality accuracy of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve purchased by Marvin from the local cartridge valve manufacturer in Brazil was not up to the standard, which led to the customer's complaint about the unstable operation of the hydraulic winch. Their engineer detected that the coaxiality error of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve was 0.004mm, which caused the pressure in the fitting gap between the valve hole and the valve spool to be unbalanced, it must be replaced, but the original manufacturer gave up. The customer has been pushing for progress. Marvin has no direction, so he asked Alex to help.

According to the drawing of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve sent by Marvin, although it is difficult for the coaxiality error to be less than 0.002mm, our engineers have the means and are willing to work overtime to deal with it. AAK treats regular customers with the green light as much as possible. After 25 days, 12 samples of hydraulic cartridge directional control valves were sent out.

Last week, Marvin emailed that AAK hydraulic cartridge directional control valves had been installed on several abnormal hydraulic winches, and the customer was satisfied with his after-sales service. He was asking the boss whether he needed to replace all the hydraulic cartridge directional control valves in this batch of hydraulic winches, and asked me to ensure the stability of the quality. I told him that for this model, AAK quality may not be the best, but the most stable.  There would be no cases that the coaxiality error is 0.004mm for one moment, the fitting clearance between valve hole and valve spool is 0.002mm for another moment. There would not be the case that the fitting clearance between valve hole and valve spool, is big or small.

1. Technically, the machining process of the valve hole of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve adopts 6 procedures, including drilling, rough boring, semi fine boring, fine boring, reaming and honing. Most cartridge valve manufacturers do not have semi fine boring procedure, and only 5 procedures.

2. On the equipment, the valve hole is processed by the horizontal machining center imported from Japan, which is mainly used for military products processing. At the same time, diamond reamers are equipped for reaming to ensure the surface roughness, cylindricity and roundness error of the valve hole. These precision parameters are controllable and stable.

3. In terms of detection, the improved CMM is used to check, and the coaxiality error is strictly controlled within 0.002mm.
