This machine is a single side automation machine specially developed for consistent welding direction and large battery pack size equipment, which can accommodate a battery pack with a maximum size of 300 × 250 mm and a height of 50-150mm; The equipment adopts special fixture electromagnet to adsorb battery and nickel tabs, material in position detection, cylinder compression, servo control and other measures to improve the accuracy of welding position.
The control part is PLC LCD touch screen and embedded industrial control intelligent operating system. Simple and fast programming of input, array and GAD mapping, with the function of power failure, breakpoint and faulty welding fault alarm. The welding power supply adopts transistor type, and other models can be selected according to different requirements of customers.
