application area 

Water-based paint, latex paint, textile paint, water-based adhesive, water-based screen ink

Characteristics and use

Increase the viscosity of medium shear. The thixotropy is small

Provide good flow and leveling

Good water retention and compatibility, easy to mix colors

Thickening effect is produced in alkaline environment

It does not contain organic solvents and alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether (AP EO), and can be used for the preparation of environment-friendly products

Addition amount and use method

Generally, add 0.1-2.0% to the total amount

It can be used with other rheological additives to obtain the required rheological properties

VOK®-WT 115 diluted with water (VOK®-WT 115／water=1／1 → 1／5) is added to the system, and fully stirred evenly, and the PH value of the system is adjusted to 7.5-10.0 with DMAE

Storage

Keep away from heat and ignition sources

The product shall be placed in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and freezing and causing holes

The recommended storage environment is 5 ℃ - 40 ℃

If it is not used up after taking it, close the cover to prevent scaling
