Characteristics and use

VOK®-DF 7580 has good emulsifying stability. It is not only easy to emulsify in dispersion, but also has good application effect for systems sensitive to surface defects, such as glossy coatings and low pigment content systems. VOK®-DF 7580 is also suitable for varnish formulation systems including furniture and floor covering varnish. In addition, it is also suitable for water-based printing ink and lotion polymer systems. DF 7580 is mainly composed of organic esters, free of mineral oil and silicone components, and is especially recommended for systems prone to coagulation or flocculation

VOK®-DF 7580 does not contain organic silicon, thus minimizing the possibility of surface defects and adhesion loss. It can be widely used in water-based systems

Addition amount and use method

The amount added depends on the specific situation

Generally, adding 0.2-0.5% of the total formula can achieve ideal results

At least add VOK when grinding slurry ®- Half of the total amount of DF 7580, and the rest is added at the paint mixing stage

Storage

Keep away from heat and fire sources, place in a cool and ventilated place, and keep the container tight. The storage environment temperature is 5 ℃ - 50 ℃.
