This single rising edge triggered Class D flip-flop operates at 1.65V to 5.5V VCC.
NanoFree™ packaging technology is a major breakthrough in the IC packaging concept, using silicon wafers as a package.
A low level on the preset (PRE) or clear (CLR) inputs will set or reset the output regardless of the level of the other inputs. When PRE and CLR are inactive (high), data at the Data (D) input that meets the set time requirements will be transferred to the output on the positive edge of the clock pulse. The clock trigger occurs at a certain voltage level and is not directly related to the rise time of the clock pulse. After a hold time interval, the data at the D input can be changed without affecting the level at the output.
The device is fully compliant with specifications for partial power-down applications using Ioff, which disables the output to prevent destructive current from flowing back through the device when it is powered down.
