Description
The AD8510/AD8512/AD8513 are single-, dual-, and quad-channel precision JFET amplifiers with low offset voltage, low input bias current, low input voltage noise, and low input current noise characteristics, respectively.
The combination of low offset, low noise, and very low input bias current make these amplifiers particularly suitable for high impedance sensor amplification and precision current measurement applications using shunts. The combination of DC accuracy, low noise, and fast build-up time allows for excellent accuracy in medical instruments, electronic measurements, and automated test equipment. Unlike many competing products, the AD8510/ AD8512/AD8513 maintain fast build-up performance even when the capacitive load is quite high. Unlike many older JFET amplifiers, the AD8510/AD8512/AD8513 do not experience output inversion when the input voltage exceeds the maximum common-mode voltage range.
The AD8510/AD8512/AD8513 provide fast slew rates and extremely high stability even under capacitive loads, making them ideal for high-performance filter use. The low input bias current, low distortion, and low noise characteristics give the photodiode amplifier circuits a wide dynamic range. Low noise, low distortion, high output current, and excellent speed make the AD8510/AD8512/AD8513 a better choice for audio applications.
The AD8510/AD8512 are available in 8-pin narrow-body SOIC_N and 8-pin MSOP packages, with the MSOP package available in tape and reel form only.
The AD8510/AD8512/AD8513 are all rated over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
