German technical background VOK®-350D rheological additive

Main component: polyether polyol

Main performance: providing efficient high shear viscosity, good flow and leveling, improving film fullness and clarity, and good color development.

VOK®-350D is a 50% nonvolatile, non-ionic association polyether polyol rheological additive without AP EO, VOC and organic tin. Compared with the traditional polyether polyurethane Newtonian rheological additive, it will have more advantages in improving flow levelness, film fullness and high gloss system. At the same time, with the help of efficient flow leveling behavior, the film defects such as brush marks, orange peel and thick edges that may occur in the coating film can be avoided, so as to improve the coating quality on the surface of wood products.

VOK®-350D can provide high shear viscosity and relatively low shear viscosity, showing more Newtonian rheological behavior.
