Four, operation steps

1. Connect the compressor connector, open the air pressure, adjust the pressure regulator 6 to (4Pb-6Pb), make the heating plate rise;

2. Connect the compressor connector, open the pressure pressure, modulate the pressure gauge (4Pb-6Pb), and make the heating plate rise;

3, power on, turn on the power switch, the indicator light immediately on.

4. Adjust the time and temperature required. (See page *** for details.)

5. After adjusting the temperature and time, wait for the machine to heat up

After the temperature is finished, the thermometer will light a small green light.

7, clothes flat on the silicone pad, then put on the hot stamping paper, (pay attention to the front and back of the hot stamping paper) push the table to the pressing position, press the 9 start switch, press the item flat, put in the hot stamping paper, then put on the high temperature cloth, press the start switch, hot stamping begins, time counting.

8. After completion, the heating plate rises automatically and pulls out the working table.

9. Hot items. If cold tear hot stamping paper, please wait 5-10 seconds before tearing off the hot stamping paper. If it is hot tear hot stamping paper, please immediately remove the hot stamping paper.

10. After successful trial printing, you can turn button 1 right to semi-automatic file. After placing the hot stamping item, just move the handle 7 to the top of the hot stamping item, the hot stamping will start automatically. In case of emergency, press button 6 for emergency stop. After the emergency stop button is reset, hot stamping can continue.

Six, maintenance matters:

1. Pressure: if the pressure is not uniform, first measure the distance between the four edges of the heating plate and the four edges of the bottom plate with a ruler to see whether the distance is consistent. If not, adjust the "lower" nut of the four screws in the center of the heating plate to raise the downward tightening heating plate and lower the "upper" tightening heating plate. Pressure is too large or too small (usually 4kg-6kg), adjust the filter regulating valve to "+" direction, increase the pressure, "-" to reduce the pressure, or check whether the air compressor pressure is normal (usually air compressor pressure is 6kg-8kg).

2, time: when the bottom plate is in place, do not display the time, then check the proximity switch, whether the distance is moderate, should be adjusted to less than 4 mm, time, heating plate does not come down, check the circuit.

3, temperature: adjust to the set temperature, no temperature rise, no temperature control, check whether the temperature control meter, contactor, heating plate line is in good contact and electrical components fault.

The whole machine must have proper and reliable protection grounding wire

Successful hot stamping needs to have the right time, temperature and pressure, clothing thickness and material and all kinds of hot stamping paper affect the effect of hot stamping, all kinds of hot stamping paper need to try hot sample before mass production.

Hot stamping required temperature and time as follows:

Cotton clothing: 180-220 degrees, 25 seconds

Polyester: 180 degrees, 15 seconds

Pearl plate: 180 degrees, 120--180 seconds

Metal pendant: 180 degrees, 60 seconds

Mouse pad: 180 degrees, 15 seconds

Porcelain: 200 degrees, 180 seconds

Key ring: 180 degrees, 100 seconds

Ceramics: 180-220 degrees, 180 seconds

Set temperature and time

1: temperature setting: press the SET key once, at this time the upper row of digital 5P, the lower row of digital flashing, at this time into the temperature setting state, press the add key ▲ minus key? To SET the temperature, hold down the SET key for 2 seconds.

2: time setting: press the SET key twice, at this time the upper row of numbers appear 5E, the lower row of numbers flashing, at this time into the temperature setting state, press the add key ▲ minus key? To SET the temperature, hold down the SET key for 2 seconds.
