The MP86905 is a monolithic half-bridge chip with an integrated internal power MOSFET and gate driver.The MP86905 achieves 50A continuous output current over a wide input range.

The MP86905 is a monolithic IC approach that can drive up to 50A per phase. The MP86905 operates over a frequency range of 100kHz to 2MHz.

The MP86905 offers many features to simplify system design. MP86905 is used with controllers with tri-state PWM signals and features accurate current sampling to monitor inductor current and temperature sampling to report junction temperature.

Ideal for efficient small form factor server applications, the MP86905 is available in a small FC-QFN (4mmx4mm) package.
