Description

The MP2147 is a monolithic buck switching converter with integrated internal power MOSFETs. The MP2147 can achieve continuous output currents of up to 4A over the 2.8V to 5.5V input voltage range, with excellent load and linearity regulation. Its output voltage is adjustable down to 0.6 V. The constant on-time control mode (COT) provides fast transient response and makes the loop easier to stabilize. Fault protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit protection and over-temperature shutdown protection.

The MP2147 is available in a small QFN2×3mm package, minimizing the number of existing standard external components.

The MP2147 is ideal for a wide range of applications including storage (SSD, HDD), high performance DSP, FPGA and power distribution systems.
