The MP86884 offers a monolithic IC solution with continuous output current up to 55A over a wide input range, and the MP86884's internally integrated driver and MOSFETs reduce parasitic inductance and optimize dead time, resulting in significant improvements in chip efficiency. It provides a monolithic IC solution for driving currents up to 55A per phase in an ultra-small 6mm x 6mm TQFN package with operating frequencies from 100kHz to 1MHz. The MP86884 is ideal for notebook applications requiring high efficiency and small footprint.
