Low temperature mill main application
This machine is suitable for pharmacy, food and chemical industry. Many naturally tough, sticky, fat-rich, or thermal-sensitive materials, or some of which have these properties as a result of the heat generated during the crushing process, cannot be pulverized into very fine powders even at high speeds. This is particularly advantageous for cold grinding, which, with the help of liquid nitrogen, pulverizes the above materials into fine powder. Liquid nitrogen embrittlement of the material and then crushing, the result is plastic and rubber particles can be pulverized into fine powder with good fluidity.
Typical materials are: polynitride - elastic rubber - rubber and so on.
